Version: 3.303.0.0 Overview Several updates to the User Interface and Functionality have been completed. Additionally, a couple bugs on reports were fixed. Features ● 93502 – The column “Case ID” was added as the first column on the Summary be Service Type Details report. The Case ID is the Child ID. ● 91890 – The column “Claim ID” was added to the Claims Awaiting EOB page. The Claim ID is the Billing ID for the claim. ● 89432 – The column “Responsibility” has been added to Workable Claims for both Commercial Insurance and Medicaid. This column will indicate if the Program or PCG is responsible for working the claim. Changes ● 93886 -The issue with the Claim Research report displaying duplicate records has been resolved. ● 93342 – The issue with the Insurance Billing table not having a Diagnosis Code on some claims has been resolved. This issue was in the database and not noticeable to users. ● 91644 – The menu item “Deny Claims” has been hidden from users. This was accidentally displayed to users due to a previous release. User Impacts ● As mentioned in the Features above, additional columns have been added to several reports. Release Notes for PCG Billing Module Release Date: 12/18/2024 Version: 2.293.0.0 Overview Several report bugs were resolved for this release. Additionally, the backend functionality for the new Needs Attention Responsibility field has been added. Features ● 89430 – PCG staff can now set the responsibility for each denial code. These values are not yet visible to users. Changes ● 89678 – Issue with the Medicaid Claim Batches report has been resolved. ● 91270 – The Customer Service Center phone number has been removed from the login page. ● 91644 – Issue with Amount Paid on Billing History page has been resolved. ● 91684 – Issue with Insurance 835 Remittance Details page has been resolved ● 91524 – Issue with Claim Research report not showing results has been resolved. User Impacts ● 90630 – When a child’s gender is blank or NULL, all claims will be set to Needs Attention. Release Date: 10/31/2024 (UAT) Version: 2.290.0.0 Overview Update site for Web-to-Case. Features A new link under the Help Menu has been added: “HelpHub Web-to-Case”. This link will open a new window and allow the user to fill in the form and submit a Help Desk Case. Once submitted the user will see a screen notification that the submission has been successful. Changes The Help Desk phone numbers have been removed. User Impacts Users must fill out the HelpHub Web-to-Case form in order to receive assistance from the PCG Help Desk. Release Notes for PCG Billing Module Release Date: 7/24/2024 Version: 2.273.0.0 Overview Updates the interface to improve the user experience. Features ● No new features. Changes ● On report “Summary By Service Type”, a column has been added to indicate if the is exempt from payment by escrow. The name of the column is “Escrow Exclusion” and its value is “Yes” or “No”. This column is available for State and Provider level users. ● On “Patient Details” page, “Details” tab, a column has been added to indicate the name of the Program that is responsible for the claim. The name of the column is “Provider” and has only been added for State users. ● On “Insurance Claims Needing Attention” page, the “Category 1” tab, the column for “Referring Provider NPI” has been removed. This change is for State and Provider level users. ● In the menu, under “Report”, the link for “Invalid Licensed Professional Data” has been removed. This is NOT needed for this client. This change is for State and Provider level users. ● On “Billing History” page, all references to NPI have been removed at the request of the client. This includes references in the top section of the page as well as the tab sections below. This change is for State and Provider level users. User Impacts ● There is no impact on how the users interact with the system. Release Date: 5/6/2024 (PROD) Version: 2.264.0.0 Overview This version allows for PCG to post Release Notes directly to the site, hides a column that is not needed and resolves a couple bugs that were reported. Features ● PCG will now be posting Release Notes with every new release. These will be visible to all users and can be found on the menu at Help Information Release Notes. Changes ● On the Biling History page, Overview tab, the column “Referring Provider NPI” has been hidden. User Impacts ● Resolved an issue with users searching for children on the Child Lookup page. If users were using the “From” and “To” dates, the search would not find any results. ● Resolves an issue with a single agency accessing claim records in “Insurance Needs Attention”.
